Project Pankh is an exclusive initiative by support foundation to provide vocational training and livelihood assistance for a person with special needs (PWD).
People with special needs are the most neglected group who are deprived of various livelihood programs. The person with special needs from low socio-economic strata has a minimum opportunity for vocational and livelihood training in our society.
Support foundation has created an opportunity at the doorstep of these people. Our program project Pankh for livelihood is working in the urban slum of Delhi.
After extensive research. Support foundation has brought hand weaving training of rugs and doormats. Handweaving with looms is ancient traditional expertise commonly known as “TANA BANA”.
Block printing on paper with the help of wooden blocks is also one of the major training programs of project Pankh.
Another initiative is to provide the permanent livelihood opportunities to Person with special need by initiating & handholding for small business. In this program we are working on a small Chai Kart concept, owned/run by Person with special need with help of a famous chai brand and financial support with NHFDC.
Apart from above direct initiatives, we also help individual PWD, NGOs, Rural women artisans who need assistance in developing products best suited to their capability by providing them design support in line with market dynamics and also help them to sell their products with fair price and prompt payments.

Providing a child with sponsorship means sharing responsibilities as a responsible citizen of the community, ensuring that they have access to education and health care, as well as a decent life. By sponsoring a child you will pay for their education, therapies and vocational training. Only Rs. 1000 ($14) per month can bring change in the life of these children with special needs. We are looking for sponsors for our children with special needs.
